Are there any GT40 owners in Alberta?

John - I'm a Calgarian living in Houston and newly interested in the GT40 world. What are the issues with road certification for GT40 kits in Canada? What if the vehicle is built and registered elsewhere (ie - the US), then brought to Canada?
