CAV VIN Plate Model Number

My apologies if I am in the wrong forum..... I wasn't sure where to go with this one.

No,.... this is not about interpreting the VIN number; I'm OK with that. What I don't understand is the interpretation of the "Model" number on the VIN plate....my model states something like 0059 300.

Can someone kindly explain what this means?? My car is a pre 100 CAV.

You can also reach him at the US CAV website www.cav-america.com. I'd try the "moto" website first as I'm unsure how often he checks the Cav US site. His # is 919-924-9891 also. I fairly certain others might have wondered as well as the model numbers must mean something!!
