Well after putting in the Mono. chassis dimensions of Brian and with the fiberglaspoint of Ryan (see exterior Thread), iam liking the fitting of the body on my chassis.

Now Ican make the rear and the front of the chassis ready....

Just getting back to my 3 d work, as over the past month there was so much work to do in my job, so ther was no time. I changed the frame (lower) to 40x40 mm Tubes, and finaly got my engine and trans right in it today. I lke it pretty much to see it works fine.

And now Iàm sitting at my frontend of my chassis. This is the last big step before going ahead to let the parts lasercut....

My question i am running now into it, is wich A-Arms for frontsuspension should i use ? Iàm thinking on Aarms of Tornado ??...

Can maybe some one of you helpme with a dimension drawing of them? Thanks

I think you need to consider what uprights you intend to use, ball joints ect. The next question where will they mount on the front of the chassis and at what angles. You may want to contact Dr Woods on this forum as he is an automotive engineer and has extensively reworked his Tornado suspension for better turn and scrub geometry.

Well it works out... 90% done with my chassis.
Ordered last week my bodykit in France at Bongarini Composites. Will be ready for pickup in 5 weeks approx.

When I pic up the Body, i will check all measurements again, to compare body with my drawings, than i start cutting all metal sheets on my laser, and send my files for frame to my pipelasercutter. And than the fun starts to become reality....

Well three weeks ago, i picked up my body at bongarini composites in France, went with it to Le-Mans and drove over the racetrack with my trailer loaded dream. And my build will start ....lets make it real...

If you go have lunch in "Tertre Rouge " restaurant in the second dinner room their is an nice painting of GT 40 on the wall.., next time I try to get a picture of it...
