IT STARTED RIGHT UP!! Super strong-like. I was super impressed with myself!
The cam came with a break in procedure which was similar to JacMac's and after a half hour of high revs at 1030PM, I called it good. Did an oil change today and left a few seconds of revving motor on my dad's voicemail (different time zone), then took it around the block. Took the obligatory pics in the driveway as well. To all who offered guidance, THANKS! I really enjoy the exchanges on the forum and I am not sure things would have gone as they did without some of this guidance. I appreciate sharing the collective experience.
All the best for the new year to all!
Chris
PS - Yes that's coolant in the driveway, I had a bum hoseclamp come to light during the tour around the block. Noticed it after the pics.
