Clutch, flywheel, pressure plate and release bearing?

I have a Ford 302 and a Renault 21T with a Ren 30 bellhouse.
About 350hp. Everyday use. Not for track.

Can you give me any tips which ones I should use with the above...?
And where I can find them?

Centerforce Dual Friction Kit fits in the Renault housing.

Part # DF284121 (Delorean). Centerforce.com, Price in US around $320-$370. Good for 300-325 Ft/lb of torque. Can also use 6 button clutch disk with the above part number (and not use the disk in the kit) from Clutch Net.

I came to the conclusion that the best idea was to order them from MDA which was the easiest way.
