CV joints GTD/UN transaxle

I need to replace my CV Joints from an original GTD and UN1transaxle set up.
Can anyone advise me wich is the model and where I could find them?

not sure if this is what your looking for but carbuildersolutions has drive shaft adaptors from renault un1 to ford hardy spicer joint

I believe the CV joints were Ford Granada Mk2 units

But don't take my word on it!
I know the Dax used VW Transporter Type 2 units and the spline shape is different and took a lot of time to locate the correct CV;s
