Fairmile Bbq

THE FAIRMILE BBQ FRIDAY 25TH AUGUST
For those wishing to attend the annual Fairmile BBQ on the 25th of
August 2006, could you please let me know as to who will be bringing
their 40s. We need to let the organisers know the numbers so that they
can reserve our parking.
Everyone is welcome. Tickets are £5 per person which includes a platter
from the BBQ. This must be paid in advance by the 12th august (Club
night)
This will be a great night out with over 400 cars on display plus there
will be a live band. BBQ starts at 7pm.

My car will have gone to Germany by then, but hopefully I'll be there in my new toy.

I realise I won't be able to park it with you 40 owners, but no doubt there will be a space somewhere 'out the back'!

I hope to get the the Fairmile meeting on the 9th too. Hope to see your car there.

You are right to mention club night is on the 9th not the 12th as previously stated in my thread above.
Of course my car will be there, I just might not be driving it !!!!!

 

The Fairmile BBQ organisers have been in touch with me and they need to know how many cars will be attending on the night of the 25th, as they will only let in the cars that have prebooked and paid their £5.
Could you please let me know ASAP through the forum if you will be attending
this bash as I need to confirm numbers.

BBQ

For all those attending Friday's BBQ at the Fairmile I have arranged with the organiser that we can pay on the night.
I have forwarded a list of car registrations of the cars that should be there.
Cars will be arriving from 6pm onwards see you there.
