Ford un1 adapter

Gents been reading through the various build logs and gather need an adapter for the renault box to ford 302.ive come across a pdf file. Gts tuning with a parts list and drawing attached is this a usable pdf to get an adapter made from,secondly it shows another bracket .is this for the starter motor .

You can check the measurements on the drawing against your engine block and Renault bell housing. Get a cheap digital calliper from Ebay etc.. Here is a pic of the adaptor plate on my GTD. You can see the hole for the starter motor bottom right. The flywheel is the Ford Essex type as fitted by GTD. I have changed my clutch from the Renault one to an AP one from SGT. The best one for the Renault is only rated to 280ft.lbs. I also use one of Chris Cole's uprated thrust bearings, carrier and sleeved down slave cylinder.
