Not to display my ignorance, but what are Billboards?

The billboard tire is a treaded cobra tire that has the same look as the blue streaks. It also has the big white letters painted on the tire. It is a little too tall for a GT40 at 26.5 inches front and back but it looks good on a cobra.

Got it. I thought about this, it's a good deal, but I need to spend the money on getting the car running first. Maybe race tires later on....
