The high opening bid doesn't bother me.. It makes mine look an absolute bargain!! ... I know mine's only an early KVA... But a HUGE difference in price!!

It sure looks like a clam-shell (Renault) case to me - and yes the pics are fuzzy when you blow them up..

Sold from Japan office. This "auction" would seem to be "fake" from the start (it is alleged). I think it is just cheap publicity for his other activities hence the high bid price. No one is going to bid on it. If it is sold, why not just take it down? Why leave it up for another 6 days at an even more ridiculous bid price? The New £75K starting figure not only ensures nobody will bid, but kind of elevates his status.

That's only a personal opinion mind. If you want some light entertainment and an education into modern auction style customer relations, read his feedback.
