Hello from Houston, TX

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum. Strongly considering the SLC coupe and came across this forum many times during my research over the last few months.

I look forward to your guidance through this hopefully incredible process.

I don't think we have any SLC's in the Houston area...we sure could use one.

I live about 70 miles north of Houston, in Huntsville. Once you have your car built, you really need to take it for a spirited drive on some of the roads through the Sam Houston National Forest...beautiful scenery and great roads (although there are too many farmers only too happy to go 30 in a 65 MPH zone...but that won't be a problem with a car like the SLC!!).

Sounds like a plan! I was just at the Magnolia Home Depot last weekend.

I may be going to work for Conroe ISD soon...have interviewed and the Director of Special Education said she had received all my references and had my file on her desk when I was at their job fair on the 13th....

Lived in Houston most of my life until 94, live just west of Austin now. Plenty of good roads near Houston to drive and have fun.
