Looks more like 'Click or Glick' for the surname.

The name and color scheme say to me that it is the Jim Click green and yellow car.

I think this is the same car... Jim was kind enough to let me see it up close at the Monterey Historics and even let Mrs Veek climb aboard.

The car is owned by Jim Click, Jr. of Phoenix, Az. Click Ford dealer. Also has a Boss 302 and assorted other vintage race cars.
