Dont mind the hoses at pump, still need to clamp to make clean lol. Each breather filter on bulkhead has roll over vents on them aswell.the hose going to them im redoing in hardline for a nicer lool.

Something i didnt think of during build till after the fact.when i walked into my garage it stinks of gas from the vent lines so I just ordered these to fix that problem. Nothing worse than walking into the garage to that smell lol

Updates will continue shortly as i had to put build on hold as i bought my wife her Fox body mustang she’s always wanted so I had to stop everything to get her up and running to get her out of my hair lol. Motor was shot so building a new motor 347 stroker Pro charged. soon as I get block & heads back from machine shop I could assemble and move on with my build. turns out her car is a code 66 1989 mustang LX 5.0 mimosa yellow and 1 of 126 that was produced,SCORE. I have a buddy of mine digging deeper in to the history to find out exactly what number in production it is.

Where did you end up sourcing your Hartwell latches?

Build is back on. After taking some time off of it to build my wife here own weekend toy and been working 80+hrs a week lately on this nightmare job 40 has just been sitting.Today was my first day back in garage in months and was with the 40. Started fabricating belly pan to enclose whole underneath of car. Installed F1 mirrors that actually give me perfect vision and a backup camera. The vision in this car is absolutely horrible lol. Still have few more hrs on belly pan then alot of drilling& tapping for bolts but gonna be awesome when done.

A bolted-on belly pan? Why not rivet it on and increase the chassis strength & stiffness?

The front and center section will be riveted, the rear will be att with button head screws for easy removal for engine service.
