John Walton (Walmart heir) killed

I just saw a brief article in yesterdays newspaper.
I didn't realize John died in June in a "kit-assembled" aircraft.

Article said the investigation points to something in the control system
"coming loose"....reminds me how important it is on our cars to check
and DOUBLE check all the suspension/steering fasteners.

I didn't see anything in that report that looks like a probable cause for the accident. It just looks like a report on what they observed/learned.
