Yes they are high but cheap in comparison to losing traction and sliding into a tree!

I am always amazed at how much money guys will spend to make horsepower and then how they will cheap out to prevent it being useable! (Not you Gus, I know what you have!)

I agree with Rick, Mike and Fran. When I bought my car it had BF Goodrich T/As and I thought they were okay for light street use until I replaced them with Avon CR6ZZs. What a difference. I just keep a vacuum handy in my garage to collect the debris after each drive. Well worth having to do that.

The car came with 16 inch rims, so no Avon tire available. Got the Mickey Thomson -- another great alternative to the mighty Avons....

The MT's are great tires. Probably way more choices in 16 inch. I will break down and get the AVON's...
