M3 E46 Donor... (Cobra)

just sad cause a mafioso friend made "disappear" (u know what I mean) a BMW M3 E 46.
I bought from him 4 complete wheels for my e36 and payed all for 200 euros,including tires.

Just sad cause he was also ready to gift me all engine / trans/ diff block from the car, cause he simulates a robbery to take money from insurance.

So my question is.... could it be possible to fit such group inside a Cobra?
I didnt go on in the idea cause I was scared by the impressive electronics in a car as the E46, and I am not at all a mechanic.

Was a shame anyway to see a so nice car scrapped..
