Market worth ZF 5 ds 25 2

Hello all,
I've found a original ZF transaxle but the asking price is way too much (in my opinion). The transaxle has full original internals, no aftermarket gears or LSD. What is this transaxle worth in your opinions? (Note that it is for sale in Europe)

$10-$15K depending on the condition of the case ect.... but I am not an expert, but that's what I would be willing to pay if I was looking.

Don't know much about transaxles, what does that mean more or less rare/expensive? And just curious, how can you tell?
The ratio tag is a tell-tale. The trans has a 3.77:1 R&P ratio and slightly different gear ratios than a Pantera box would have . Also, the rear cover is unique to the Bora. It has a mount cast into it that the other variants do not have. If the trans is in good working order with no rust damage, the price is not too far out of line . It can definitely be used in a GT40 but it should be gone through and , much like a Pantera box, it will need to be inverted.

Happy to be corrected, but I always understood the Bora used a different length input shaft, different spline count and pilot bushing end diameter. Although the photo depicts it in GT40 orientation the Bora used it ala Pantera (hence the tag is upside down in the photos) so it also requires the work to flip it prior to GT40 use.
