A new and improved version of our popular cast aluminium bell housing that converts the Renault 20, 25, 30 and UN1 gearbox to the Ford Windsor small block V8 engine. Bell housing versions are also available to suit the Ford Coyote V8 and Chevrolet small block 350 V8. The main change is that the lower outer flange has been removed allowing for the gearbox to be easily removed from the TSC GT40 replica chassis, leaving the engine in place, when needing to replace or service the clutch. The bell housing is supplied as a kit package including clutch arm, gearbox input shaft, engine dust shield cover and all fixings etc. The bell housing uses a full size Ford 157 tooth flywheel, 10.5" clutch disc and full size Ford 302 starter motor which totally eliminates clutch slip and starter motor hot start problems and burn out when using the smaller alternatives.
