Hey everyone; just purchased a superlite SL-C kit from Fran.

Grabber blue; street tail; LS3 - Porsche G96-01; most of the options!!

I have built a couple of FFR cobras (a MK1 in 1999 and a MK4 in 2014) and a DRB GT-40 (2005). Just sold the FFR MK4 to give me the seed money to get me started.

I have read most of the build blogs; really appreciate the wealth of knowledge and build skills represented here. Probably will need to tap into some of that knowledge to get the job done.

Looking forward to the voyage.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes.

No great plans just a streetable super car that I can say I built. I love the build process.
So as far as an SL-C goes it will be pretty plain Jane. My FFR cobras were a little unique and the DRB GT40 was truly fun to build - little guidance and a whole lot of trial and error.

I am really looking forward to taking my time and enjoying the process.

I'm sure I'll have lots of questions and hope to engage in the 'clubhouse' dialog.

I'll post my progress once the car arrives - hopefully by July the 4th!!

Welcome. I also built a FFR Cobra #197 way back in the day. The SLC is an entire level higher.
