I became a fan on the GT40s after the release of the 2005 version. I'm finally at a point where I'd like to start considering a build (MK1). I've been lurking on this forum for the past couple months to get an idea of the build. Now I'm getting a little more serious but I'm still finding it difficult to understand the differences between the few build your own companies. I'm currently trying to better understand what you get from each company and how the components and prices differ. It has also been interesting to read in the for sale posts as I would also consider a partially started car if the price were right. I'm looking forward to learning more getting to know a few of you. If there happens to be others int eh Tampa area - it would be fun to meet and learn more.
