That's one that slipped past me!!

Could be a good idea, upskill the workforce so to speak......

Only trouble is, with the new qualifications behind them they'll probably be wanting an industry pay rise. That will invariably mean higher costs for the consumers at the 'coal face'.

Not sure whether I will be able to afford the extra....... Mind you, could be money well spent depending on how well they are 'educated'.epper:

Kinda puts a new spin to student loans and repayment of them eh...
I imagine the Universities might even be willing to carry the notes, and they could permit them to be worked off over time.....??
