He had the ring gear flipped for me cause i was going to put it into a pantera. It is all there with the shifter box and cables, just no bell housing and throw out bearing. Trans has been loc wired and gone through. You would have to have the ring gear flipped back over to make this work in a Gt40.
This trans was a very low mile unit and it was in great shape.
