I dunno, when you start posting pictures of your car for sale and more emphasis is placed on the girl than the car, and the setting the car is in as well, it makes you wonder how sorted the car is and what exactly it is you're buying. The car is a SPF and surely someone knows something about the car, or at least, probably more than the seller who comes across as a broker looking to make a buck. But, I'm afraid to ask any questions of him in case I'd be deemed as waisting his time. Wouldn't want that.

I think he has a motor mount problem... or a clearance issue.
Is that not the alternator or something rubbing when he shifts?

My car (P2171) was put together with parts store rubber mounts and I could see the air cleaner bouncing around in the bulkhead window. Some urethane mounts cured that.

You can't have a lump of iron bouncing around the tub......................

Drivers like that are one reason everything has flappy paddles now. Manufactures do not want to be on the warranty end of that sort of abuse.

Yes, that would help! I, as I've mentioned, made up solid metal parts to fit into the same place to replace the rubber bits. Worked great for me.
