Side window sealing?

I would like some input from this forum if there was any sealed versions installed on original cars?
I have the side window and hardware. And am about to do the installation shortly.
Hence I would like to see if there is any original solution for weather sealing the opening that I can mimic.

You could get SPF windows. They are different from the originals, but have the material with a recessed joggled section that the opening part sets in and has a thin weather.
Or you can wrap the opening window with a trim like this.
