Massively, where I take our trucks for test they have a pile of commercial truck mags in the waiting room . I had a flick through some of them when I was last there and there are some interesting articles written about fleet purchases. One that I got into was about a Stobarts fleet manager that specs a certain tyre for his truck that saves a gazillionth of a pound for every mile covered. Its only when you add up the millions of miles that the thousands of trucks they have cover would you see a substantial return. That slippery truck you show would make the tyre thing look like chicken feed.
