I was ready to install my head lights and I found I was missing the bracket that holds the headlight in place. I e-mailed Robert on May 25th and it was on my doorstep when I arrived home from work today...at no charge. That is what I call customer service. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Well, they did it again. I just got an e-mail from Sam at R/F about the small lights that go into the small hole in the Lucas lenses. I did not contact the factory, they read my post here and took it upon themselves to send them right out to me. It may only be a small item, but I think it really says something about their commitment to the customer.
