Tightening of various fittings

Seeking input on the following fittings and how tight beyond "finger tight"

1. Smiths oil and water mechanical gauge probe fittings with the copper crush washer?

2. Standard AN Fitting (input all over the map from "just a little beyond and if it doesn't leak then fine" to 1.5 lands between the nuts to very specific torque values

3. Compression fitting for a 1/8" nylon oil pressure gauge hose with ferrule

...then there is that old maxim, tighten it until you feel it give, then back off a half turn.
