Door eyebrows or interior door-spider slide?

I'm trying to decide which way to go with the upper door-roof area to keep it down at speed. Initially, I was set on the internal slide on the door where it meets the interior roof, but just thinking I don't want anyone to whack themselves in the head. Maybe I'm over thinking it. I wanted to stay away from the roof eyebrows because I am wondering if the paint will get warn off on the door edge where it sits under the brow. Maybe I'm overthinking this too. Thoughts?

I wonder if anyone has actually measured the 'lift' of the door tops at varying speeds. I mean, at what speed would I expect to start getting lift?
I don't have either type of hold-down on my car's doors and I've never looked up while driving it to see if they're lifting. It's a street car only and I don't particularly like the look of the eyebrows. Therefore, if I ever did feel the need for something in that area, I would opt for the internal brackets.

Before I added foam under the eyebrows the doors would lift on track days at about 100mph. No experience without eyebrows though.

I had a narrow piece of PPF installed along the edge of the door that goes under the eyebrow. It's not visible when the door is closed and only visible when the door is open if you are looking specifically for it.

Tried the clean look at first, but above 100kph could see daylight between the door top and roof.
Fitted the eyebrows and after a few 1000kms it started to mark the paint.
Found some self adhesive Teflon tape and stuck it under the eyebrows. Hasn’t degraded the paint any further since.
Total of 23000kms so far. Current pics below

Do you remember what type/brand of weather stripping you used?

I meant the actual door weather stripping.

Doh...
No I don't remember where I got it from, but a quick google came up with these that are similar.
Also an old thread

That's what my car has.
