A Gagle of 40's

the wife and I popped down to BrackenRidge just north of Brizzy today to visit grand kids, and while cruising home back up the hi way this afternoon to the Sunshine coast I see a bright orange 40 heading south, then followed a few minutes later by an Orange one with a black stipe, then bugger me a blue one, then a couple of green ones, i counted 6 all told,in the space of a few minutes, I don't think I've ever seen that many on the road at once before, was there some sort of event that I missed or just a club outing.
the missus went all weak at the knees, thanks guys.

cheers John

Hi John,

As it was the 4th Sunday of the month, it was our Club GT40 monthly run.

We were on our way home from a drive of about 500 km.

After meeting at Aspley at 7:00am we travelled to Kingaroy for morning tea then on to Kilkivan for lunch at the local pub and finally home via Gympie.

This run was a bit longer than usual and we regularly have up to 10 or 12 GT40s for a drive to either a breakfast or lunch venue each month.

Greg.
