Starting the IP and A-pillar trim and finishing the bulkhead flange to the fuel tank cover.

I've also started to fabricate the IP. Using some of the shape from the original issue my panel but putting my own spin on it. The vent openings will be combined with the eight pillars and I will have a separate front defrost panel. The end product will be in panel that is four pieces.

Nice. I wondered why you had such big holes in the rear bulkhead panel for the harnesses.

Correct.. The 3D printed bucket closes off to the rollbar and is behind the bulkhead panel. I'll finish it off on the front side with a black anodized CNC'd trim ring.

I've been spending some time on chassis bolt tightening and alignment. The corner positions are good and the camber is 1.1 degrees at ride height. Toe is slightly in as directed. I'll soon be moving to the rear of the car.

Alignment complete and looks good. I'll be checking bump curve and adjusting. The rear tires toe out quite a bit in jounce. The front upper control arms bind on the outer hiem joint with very little ( 1" ) bump but that is easy to correct if needed.

Created a plug for the radiator air deflector.

I'm still at it every day... We all know that the detail work takes forever. It's time to lay up some glass...

I finally glued up the main section of the roof closeout.

I trimmed the seatbelt trim buckets and the rear interior bulkhead panel. I'll complete the look by adding aluminum surround rings once I complete the interior coverings.
