One seems to pop up on Ebay every now and again. Always seems to be in Florida and the same color. Probably the same one. :thinking:

550 hp and 217 mph! Not bad for a sawn off "Rover" engine! :stunned: I reckon everyone at GM grinds their teeth everytime a new derivative of the Buick/Olds 215 ci hits the headlines. Are there any other uses for this lump? From GM boulevard cruisers through F1, (Repco) Group B rally cars, (Metro) WSC Championship, Le Mans, (Jaguar) Land Rover, Range Rover, not forgetting Rover!

The XJ220 was apparently an evil handling car though it is eye candy for sure...

Although for 217mph I think it would need to be a VERY LOOOOONG straight and preferably downhill with the wind behind it..

Still quite like them though, (probably cos it's turbo :thumbsup

I love the older more primitive supercars for some reason, thats a cool Top Gear with the XJ220. Does anyone know where to find the old Top Gear episode where Jeremy Clarkson drives the Ford GT90? I think is was around the end of 1995. If someone knows where it is online please let me know. Thanks
