1. Anybody going to any of the tests?

2. Any bets from our foreign correspondents?

I'll be at four of the matches including Chester-lee-Street so if you are
dithering about getting a ticket, you can actually have a drink of bubbly
from the cooler in our car and a smoked salmon butty during the lunch breaks,
and really important , meet the poneyeradicator in person. Me.


You really need to have a sense of humour to write anything on this website as sooner or later , another American jumps in and raises silly objections to things they know nothing about.

I watched my first cricket match on TV last week in a caribbean restaurant while eating goat stew (also for the first time). I think I still like baseball better. At least there, the pitcher doesn't bounce the ball at the hitter's feet or a ground ball that hits the boundary counts for 4 runs...
