I realise that most owners have GT40's for fun and/or racing, not as classic investments, but prices in Australia remain quite strong despite the fact that there are many registered and on the roads now. The pricing must be due, still, to the rarity factor. There are few for sale, and it is slow and expensive to build one (compared to walking into a Hyundai showroom).
Currently on Car Point there is a racing (un-registerable) 40 at $72,500 I think, and a road registered RF40 at $155,000. Not cheap!
