Clip Latch

I've been looking for a Fiat XI9 bonnet (hood) latch lever set to open the front and rear clips on my car. I'm using internal and external latches on both. The XI9 unit is neat and has two levers in one unit, but are a bit scarce on the ground here in Perth. It's just visible in the bottom of the image attached.

I'm chasing down wreckers, etc, but does anyone know if this unit, or a similar one, was used in any other cars, probably Italian?

Thanks for any help.

I seem to remember an early Nissan Sunny having a panel with 2 release levers - one for the remote boot release and the other for the petrol cap

May work for your scenario

Hi Lance

also used in Lancia Stratos and Lamborghini Countach.

I think that helps not so much.

But it is the answer to your question . :)

Alfa 156 has a combined floor mounted release for the tailgate & fuel filler flap. Not as neat as the X1/9 unit you've found, but could be adapted and may be more prolific down under
