ahahahaha...I love u guys.
Driven around europe I can say u all this is one of the very worst places where to drive.
I think is something personal people have with cars and speed, seems everybody is in hurry...always.
When I drove in UK (also trucks) I was surprised by the civilty of the people, and that helps u a lot (also when u drive hired cars...with local plates that can make u seem from Uk too).
The first time I was very scared, but going slow and respecting always speed limit I hadn't any real problems(just rounds are still a little panic in Uk...I have always to follow someone

.
In italy is completely different. If u are too slow the people around u drives even more aggressive, and I personally hate this too much.
Dave,
About emilia romagna:
That is absolutely one of the greatest parts of Italy.
Almost EVERYTHING involved in motorsports from italy comes from that land.
Probably the secret is ...they love womans (too much) food (too much) wines (too much) and motors(even too much).
When u arrive in emilia romagna..u feel in the air...something different, the people is too cool and they live for those arguments.
Even Maranello is a magic place, I love to go there (when I can) and simply sit down in front of ferrari gate factory...cause u will surely see some prototypes coming out (and tested on public roads....as usual).
A friend of mine saw on public roads also some Fxx,tested in traffic with "TARGA PROVA" that is a special car plate used by factory and garages.
I am from emilia romagna.
...and also for this I will go on in my "gt40 Italy-educational program".
If any manifacturer as CAV, RCR, MDA tornado......... will have a dealer here, they surely will make GREAT business (knowing italian market).
Emilia romagna is also one of the palce where u can see a lot of Cobra replicas, usually Pilgrims.
U have to come guys

)
