No, it just illustrates the complete tub assembly.
Not the blue cover illustrated parts list, the parts list I refer to has more part numbers.
The blue illustrated parts list can be found fairly easily.

No that is the blue cover Illustrated Parts List.
"manuel" is an Hispanic name; "manual" is what that publication is.
