Most people in the earlier days, as I did, used Viva headlamps but I think they are difficult to get hold of now. What do Tornado and AK supply with their cars?

Renault R12? Headlights on eBay
I cannot be sure, but these headlights that are listed as being for an Avenger quasi-GT40 sure look like the Renault R-12 headlights I once had. They are at $100 now which is kind of steep, but they also look to be new. Click Here to see more on headlights Regards, Lynn

Search eBay France for Renault R12 lights. You will find several Cibie and some Marchal sets of the correct size and depth. Most sellers will ship internationally.
I managed to grab these the other week.
They have provisions for two number main bulbs, there is an internal additional reflector. There is also provision for a third park light bulb in each housing.
was there something in the rules about only being able to use one Main head light housing? And as such the provision. Of the second main beam in the housing was desirable? They appear to be a very tight fit in what will be KVA derived bodywork.

Marchal headlamps on eBay UK

Ye had to scratch my head a lot. The mountain brackets are heavily modified so that they are adjustable from the back for a cleaner look at the front no holes no nothing ,make sure they are right hand drive lights for the Iva,good luck and enjoy the build
I used mark one Escort lights.
Did some cleaning in my garage and found that i still have extra inventory of the original lights. Saw around a dozen of the original headlights. I mean with the correct Marchal big shield engraved in the glass. As i did many years ago, i will offer them for sale on this forum.
Just need the time to take some pics and check they are still ok.
