Hello GT40 Group,
My name is Paul Villforth. I became more interested in the GT40 when I saw a television special produced in the UK about the car and about a group of owner/builders traveling to Le Mans for an anniversary. There was also a part of the show where they were building a replica to give away.
I will likely never build one but there may be some ideas I can use in the design and construction of my own mid-engine sports car. I may also be able to contribute to others efforts in building their own cars. I have more than 40 years of experience designing, restoring and building cars.
I can probably add more but this is an introduction, not a resume.
