Well, James- you have a bit of history there. When I bought my Porsche G50 transaxle I had it plastic media blasted and you could not tell it from new. Soda is an ever finer media than plastic-- nice job.

These pumps are metric threaded M22 x 1.5

Second chassis is finally on the jury rig and primed with the chromate etch and grey primer so the black is going on next week.
It looks like it's going to be busy time ahead.

I alway preferred a lady dressed in black
It's a wee bit of a shock as it accentuates the distortion that spot welder puts in. Just like the real chassis' I suppose.

My gearbox has now been completely overhauled and fitted with a custom made crown wheel and pinion.
This box is numbered 1008 from the first batch of ZF1s delivered, and was original JWE equipment and noted in the books by Ronnie Spain and John Horseman.
It was originally fitted to the Gulf Mirage M10001 and raced from 1967 until ending up in the Gulf GR7 campaign in the mid seventies.

The hydraulics have already been fitted and the suspension parts have been removed for tidying up.

My Vincent Black Shadow flywheels were delivered this morning.
Chuffed to bits with the quality of them, brand new like everything else on this scratch built bike.
