Limoncello Recipes

Last year Dave Morton and Paolo put up some recipes on Limoncello and my apologies for starting a new thread but I couldn't find the old one.

Got this from an old university friend and it sounds great. A bunch of different recipes exist, and I like the idea of using limoncello in food.

Grazi. A very appropriate post and I'm already on the case this Friday evening as we have a dinner party for retired airframe drivers and I intend to try the "Vanilla Bean Ice Cream With Berries, Limoncello And Almond Brittle" on account that I have just bought an ice cream maker and I have cupboard full of limocello just finished it's due process of "soaking the rinds" and which will then reach it's use by date in the near future.

I have never stopped and you are right - there is more to life but, similarly, I cannot
put a finger on it. Oh well, I keep on trying to no avail.
