I sold my tubing bender last year - it was a Pro-Tools unit. I could do up to 2” but I’ll tell you right now, the price of the dies will make your knees weak…

If you want a tubing bender this is the best one out there ! Bar none the JD squared model 50 . This will bend 2 1/2" .250 wall tubing ! And don't go manual go hydraulic, it's mobile, if it's used manually you have to bolt it to the floor and bust your ass to bend anything ! I've used this to bend 1" to 2 1/2" tubing up to the 1/4" wall .
Ok understood. When i had a custom cage made for me for a race car i was building, it was made by Andy Robinson Racing near Reading (UK). My spec was for a cage suitable to pass UK race entry requirments ie MSA regs. However for not a lot more he installed an FIA cage for me which more than complies with MSA requirments but for some reason above my pay grade the tube spec was different in terms of strength and dimensions which actually made the FIA spec cage considerably lighter than the MSA spec cage. And with weight being the enemy this was a good rsult for me!
JD2 is best for tubing. If you also want to do flat stock, then get a Hossfeld. If you also want to do stuff like eyebolts and u-bolts then get a Diacro.
