You will need a commercial tube bender for this size tubing. A metalworking firm is who you should contact.

I sold my tubing bender last year - it was a Pro-Tools unit. I could do up to 2” but I’ll tell you right now, the price of the dies will make your knees weak…

Those tubing bends must not crinkle the inside bend of the tubing A commercial firm can advise you on what is possible considering OD, wall thickness, bend radius, & bend angle.

Yeah, I hear you on that! Pro-Tools is one of the ones I have been looking at.
