Looking for info/video information on Ricardo installation and set up

I know there is a lot of Graziano information out there....if anyone can point me to Ricardo specific install and prep I would appreciate it. Thank you. Tom

you're not going to find that much information on it since it isn't used much anymore - low availability, high cost

the install is pretty easy though from what i recall:

*you want to modify the flywheel to accept the Ford Racing heavy duty pilot bearing (superior solution to the factory-provide bronze bearing/bushing thingie, unless RCR changed the design from ~15yrs ago)

* install Stillen Ford GT clutch (bolts are torqued to 18ft-lbs and supposedly 1-time use, although I'm not certain about that)

*make sure clutch alignment tool goes through all the splines fully ... if it doesn't, you're hosed

*transaxle should just suck right in ... if you have to draw it in something is wrong (most likely clutch spline disks not aligned)

*when you transition from hard-line to soft-line for brake fluid you want 3AN and then you'll need a 3AN/metric adapter to the transaxle

*fill with ~4L of Motorcraft XT-75W90-QGT ... do not use anything else or you will be sorry

Not sure if Jason’s info is available. His website is no longer functional.

Tom, here is a link for starters in the USA, click the link, see post 4.
Also, Scott Minch at Dearborn Performance offers a billet nose cone one.

Also, I think it was Ken that found the correct starter motor connector.

Jason’s current site is here. His build log is still on the forum also.
As Phil stated, put in JFerraro. Then include Ricardo in the search box. There are two pages of posts from Jason from about 2010-2013 about the Ricardo and his issues. His original website had much more and better information, but it appears it is not available anymore.
