Lilo Beuzieron is the name and Zicron is another one of his companys that makes high tech kevlar type materials for the US military among others.

Lilo has an extensive vintage car collection including a shop full of Nissan GTP cars. He has plenty of CNC machines and is capable of making about anything he needs. Being just outside LA doesn't hurt either.
