'Nother stupid question(s)

I'm looking at the rear section here (race tail) and trying to figure out how the tail light enclosures are supposed to stay in. These are supposed to go in from the back side, correct? (Street tail looks different from what I've seen. Bumper -> light enclosure - > trim piece.)

I really wish the search function worked better, google didn't really help this time either

They fit INSIDE the underside of the tail section...to prevent stone damage to the backside of the taillight...

I assumed they went from the backside but wondering how they stay in place... bracket, fiberglassed in... How are people securing them into place?

You can glue or bolt them in ....two/three small fasteners do the job if you want them to be removable...two from the bottom and one from the side
