My guess is she's something like that.
But, although she herself seems to be completely devoid of even the slightest bit of 'pleasantness'...her hairdo is quite nice.

The ' food ' photo is a dish that is served in state prisons, as opposed to federal. It's intended as a sort of punishment to those in solitary.

Pic 1 is generically known as "Nutraloaf." It is used as a punishment in various prisons in the US but some states have outlawed it as "Cruel & Unusual Punishment."

As an aside, I'm interested to note that it was an Australian who named it first. I wonder if there's a connection? Prior knowledge?

The 2nd picture is indeed a Dr's Receptionist. I would have thought the edition of "Pulse" in the background may have jolted people's memory.
This is the witch you have to go through to get an appointment. The phone manner is even worse, but if you dare go in person, you will be expected to conduct your request at 130dB..
