Raceleda uprights/axle kit

Hey,
Has anyone had any experience with these units? They look pretty lightweight and i would assume not up to being used on a GT40?

Does anyone know what the specs are for these uprights?

Regards,
Jim

The Raceleda units are a replacement for a Cortina upright, but GTD & Tornado's use the Ford Granada uprights for the base design, which are larger.

Raceleda no longer do the Granada 5 bolt type item. As I understand it the rights to the Granada set up were bought by Tornado and can be obtained from them but they are now a lot more expensive. I may be wrong but this is what I was told.

You are correct.

The Granada version was developed by ourselves in conjunction with Raceleda and when they folded we took over.

We also now have matching Aluminium hubs available.

Thanks

Ally hubs for the Granada upright are now available from Hispec Brakes at a very reasonable £65+Vat each

Anyone considering using the Raceleda uprights might want to read here

their have been apparently been instances of them failing on 7 type cars, which weight a lot less than 40's.......
