Soilid lifter to hydraulic conversion

I have bought a milder cam with matching hyraulic lifters to replace the solid lifter cam in my '40. Is there anything I need to bear in mind when doing the swap?
Thanks
Simon

Be sure to hone the lifter bores, lifters must rotate easily in the bores, lots of cam lube, make sure that engine is full of coolant and in tune, first start up engine needs to run at 2000 RPM for at least 20 minutes(unless it is a roller, then just start it up and run normally). I am assuming a new timing chain and fresh oil and that you have verified the cam timing and piston clearance.

Make sure that you get the right cam - by that I mean make sure it isn't a 351 grind (if you are running a 302) as the firing order is different.
