I've become convinced that his kind of thing will never end in that part of the world. God knows continual violence pretty much defines the middle east in general. 'Always has. The urge to commit mayhem, assault, murder and chaos as 'means to an end' (whatever 'end' that might be) seems to be woven into in their DNA.

Seriously, it must be very dodgy for our troops working in an environment where the person you are set to train is really your enemy.
