The bikers are clearly in the wrong...

It appears that the first "incident" occurred when a biker pulled in fromt of the SUV driver and quickly slowed causing the initial accident. The driver stopped immediately and was surrounded. BEFORE he took off.

Weeeeeeell, surprise surprise. GUESS who's been hired by the family of the now paralyzed biker "victim"??? WHO ELSE? GLORIA, "I've-never-seen-a-T.V.-camera-or-microphone-I-couldn't-jump-in-front-of-quicker-than-anyone-else-on-the-planet", Allred!!!

Any jury that might even think about awarding this biker's family one thin DIME should be lined up against a brick wall at shot by firing squad just on general principle.

Just for the sake of argument, let's pretend these guys aren't on motorcycles. Let's say, just for the sake of argument, that this is a GT40 owners club out for a group drive.

Some dickhead clod in an SUV smashes into the back of a GT40, seriously damaging it. Everybody stops to examine the situation, and to do whatever one normally does after a minor traffic accident, exchanging insurance info etc.

Now, said dickhead clod is faced with 40+ GT40 owners who witnessed him ramming the back of their friend's car. Instead of taking responsibility for his stupid driving, our SUV driving friend decides to punch the gas, destroy another GT40 completely, running over one of the GT40 drivers and paralyzing him in the process, and then speeds off.

Okay, the rest of you GT40 owners who witnessed this whole episode. What is your response now, since there's no cops in sight, and the local cops typically won't even respond to a traffic incident? Let him just drive off, or try to do something about it?

The bastard in the SUV should be strung up by his balls...and formally prosecuted for his numerous felonies, which is probably going to happen, media hype notwithstanding.

Mike, I have been on drives like this with a lot of young guys in a very expensive exotic cars, and I have to say that the scenario you depict couldn't be further from the truth.

For one, we don't try to play games with other people on the road. We don't try to open their doors as we drive by. We don't drive next to people inches from their windows staring them down, we don't kick off side-view-mirrors as we go by, we don't drive on sidewalks or through parks, we don't have people calling the police wherever we go, and we certainly don't pull in front of other cars and then put on the brakes as we guide our car into theirs for some sort of controlled collision.

There has been more reports and video coming out showing the bikers doing all these things. It was also reported that the police received more than 200 calls about this biker group before the 'accident' even happened.

If you look at the video of the initial collision that set things off, you will notice that the biker is staring down the SUV driver as he pulls in front of him, then looks back at him as he controls his bike into the suv. This was no accident.

Then, at around the 0:42 mark, you see the biker make a gesture like hes punching or hitting the suv, shortly after, thats when the SUV takes off.

John,
I'm not going to defend the biker, and none of us know what happened before the filming started. I do know that the driver of the suv should have slowed down immediately when the biker cut in front of him. (I have done this numerous times to avoid an accident whether biker or car) I have also just pulled over and let others pass when I see trouble brewing.

I have always heard that if you rear-end someone it is always partly your fault. Avoiding the accident may or may not have avoided the beat-down for the driver, but it certainly would not have left another biker in critical from getting run-over by the suv driver. I suspect that the incident certainly would not have escalated to what happened.

The incident is tragic for everyone involved. I hope some good comes out of it somehow.

Scott, we might not know what happened right before that SUV incident, but we do know what was happening, in general, before that one instance. Please refer to the gif above of the biker driving into oncoming traffic.

The biker that was wearing the camera removed the other videos from the ride which were very incriminating. unfortunately for him, the internet has a very long memory and other people downloaded the video. Those videos can be seen here: LiveLeak.com - More footage previous to Range Rover incident

Apparently the group calls themselves the Hollywood Stuntz, and they have been know to terrorize and confront people in the past. It was only a matter of time before their ways caught up to them.

You know, if it quacks like a duck, walks like a duck, and looks like a duck........

"Some dickhead clod in an SUV smashes into the back of a GT40, seriously damaging it."

Were you wearing your glasses when you watched the video, Mike? Did you not see how/why the "collision" happened? Did you not see the maneuver the biker was attempting, and could you not figure out just what his goal was with regard to it??? HE WAS 100% TO BLAME for what happened to him.

I'd be willing to bet serious money that a LOT of men in the SUV driver's situation would have commenced a full bore, all-out game of "bumper cars" with those clowns until they ALL were lying on the pavement - or they turned tail and RAN.

"The bastard in the SUV should be...formally prosecuted for his numerous felonies..."

I will betcha $$$ THAT will not happen. And IF - IF - if an outrageous malfeasance of office were to be committed by the prosecutor and charges were brought, no jury would convict. What say you?

Oh, wonderful! Now Gloria, "I just L-U-V being in front of T.V. cameras', Allred is getting involved on behalf of the paralyzed biker's family. 'Going to do the 'civil suit' thing. Swell. Real swell. Evidently SHE didn't see the vid...or she just figures she can make 'the law' spin reality into golden b.s. ..

Well, bad luck to you, Madame.

Even a former leader of the HELL'S ANGELS is slamming the bikers over this:

(Edit: From the link: "If I was with my family and I was being chased, I would have just drove my SUV into as many of them as I could," he said." Hmmmmmmm! 'Sound 'kinda' familiar?!)

Hopefully the bike idiots will be required to sign organ donor cards when they are arrested... It's a matter of time before they are "harvested".
